The new owner wanted to thank the residents and Council:

Thanks to the Council for making residents aware of the opportunity for the Summer Village with respect to purchasing the point to enhance the Summer Village.  Also for setting up the Zoom meeting so that residents could participate.

As well thanks to the residents conversations and input prior to the meeting and during for the general support to the purchasing of the property.

It would have been a missed opportunity for the Summer Village if we were not all aware.
